Scattered conversations
A car-rental inquiry has dates in one message and vehicle requirements in another. Keeping the request context together makes the next reply more useful.
A clearer way to connect
A free business management and customer request platform, connecting business owners with people who need their services.
Use the website and available dashboard tools for supported business workflows. Your customers use the ShopNodes Go mobile app for discovery, conversations, and requests. It is a multi-industry platform—not just a sports booking system.
The everyday challenge
When inquiries arrive through separate chats, calls, and handwritten notes, it can be hard to keep the context. A customer may repeat their dates, a staff member may miss a detail, or a tentative request may be mistaken for a confirmed booking.
A car-rental inquiry has dates in one message and vehicle requirements in another. Keeping the request context together makes the next reply more useful.
An accommodation request needs guest count, dates, and location. Asking clear questions first reduces unnecessary back-and-forth.
“Can I come at 2pm?” is an inquiry, not a confirmed appointment. The business still needs to check its available workflow and agree on the next step.
How it works
Start with accurate information, follow the available onboarding path, and make the next step clear to your customer.
Submit your business name, location, services, and contact details. Choose an available onboarding option. Submission starts a review; it does not automatically publish your business.
Eligible sports and time-slot businesses can use self-managed signup when it is available. Verify your email and configure your assigned venue. Other supported categories use assisted review and next-step coordination.
Approved, published businesses can be discovered through the customer app. A draft listing or an inactive venue is not a public listing.
Customers describe what they need, ask questions, and share preferences through app conversations or requests. Supported business dashboards and the platform team handle different workflows.
Check what your business can provide before confirming anything. A request is not a reservation, and a preferred appointment time is not an availability check. Use the supported booking workflow where available.
For business owners
Give customers a clear business description, location, and service context after review and publication. Discovery is an opportunity, not a guarantee of new customers.
Use supported conversations and requests to ask about dates, preferences, and requirements. Assisted categories receive coordination from the platform team.
Eligible time-slot dashboards support resources, operating hours, bookings, and venue conversations. Choose the workflow actually available to your business.
Multiple industries
Here are practical examples, not a claim that every category has the same management tools.
Self-managed, subject to availability and approval
A player asks for a court on Saturday. An eligible venue uses resources, opening hours, and the supported booking workflow to review availability and manage reservations.
Current boundary: Dashboard access is assigned and scoped. Public activation requires approval.
Assisted onboarding and inquiries
A customer asks about a car for a weekend trip and shares the dates and requirements. The team coordinates the inquiry and next steps with the business.
Current boundary: This onboarding does not provide rental inventory management or a self-managed rental calendar.
Assisted onboarding and requests
A guest asks about a two-night stay, group size, and location. The request can be clarified before the accommodation confirms what it can offer.
Current boundary: This is not a room inventory system or an automatically created hotel booking dashboard.
Assisted onboarding and appointment inquiries
A customer asks a service provider about a consultation and preferred time. Supported request forms can collect schedule preferences for discussion.
Current boundary: Preference collection does not reserve availability. Full self-service appointment scheduling is not offered for this category through current onboarding.
Assisted review and inquiry or referral coordination
A customer asks which provider to contact about financing. The platform team can coordinate an inquiry or referral; the provider handles its own assessment and terms.
Current boundary: ShopNodes Go does not process or approve loans, guarantee funding, or provide a loan-management dashboard. There is no dedicated lending scheduler.
Eligibility review
A repair or other service business can ask whether its workflow fits a supported category. Customers may describe the service they need before next steps are agreed.
Current boundary: A directory category does not automatically grant a dashboard. Not every type of business is available in the public onboarding form.
One platform, two experiences
For customers, the benefit is a clearer starting point: discover approved businesses, explain what you need, and discuss the next step without assuming that an inquiry is already a confirmed booking.
Website access does not mean every business receives an independent dashboard or inbox.
The app is the customer-facing channel. Sending a request does not automatically confirm availability or an agreement.
Free, with clear boundaries
Our mission
Our mission is to make it easier for businesses to connect with customers without building their own app or complex systems. We aim to help business owners present their services clearly and help customers reach the right business with a useful request. For Filipino businesses, that means practical tools and straightforward language—not making a small operation work around unnecessary complexity.
Our long-term direction is broader support for service industries, clearer request coordination, and management workflows that fit real business needs. We want to make the journey from discovery to an agreed next step more consistent.
